  • Immediate results without focus or discipline. Diagnosis and meaningful change take time and intentional effort. If you're looking for a quick fix, we're not the right partner.
  • Tool recommendations by default. We don't sell tools or steer you toward specific vendors. We teach you how to judge tools yourself.
  • A packaged program or standard retainer. Every engagement is custom. Continuation after the Business Check depends on what we find.
  • Free strategy sessions. The Business Check is $750. Everything we do is paid advisory work.

Business Check

Every engagement starts with a Business Check. We examine how the business operates, including revenue flow, customer movement, workflows, decisions, handoffs, time use, and failure points. If the fundamentals are broken or unclear, the work stops there.

You leave with a written diagnostic that names what is happening, where work slows down, and what must be fixed first. The output is a short priority list, clear ownership, and a recommendation on what to do next. Proceed with a Sprint, fix fundamentals first, or stop entirely.

Business Check: $750

30 Day Sprint

The 30 Day Sprint is available only after a completed Business Check and mutual agreement that execution support is needed. Its purpose is to keep work moving, honest, and accountable.

Over 30 days, we set cadence, review progress, and correct direction as fundamentals are fixed. You execute. We provide judgment, structure, and pressure.

30 Day Sprint: $3,000

Ongoing Support

Ongoing Support is for owners and teams who have completed a Business Check or Sprint and want to prevent regression as the business evolves.

The focus is not pushing progress, but reducing second guessing, tool churn, and decision fatigue. We review active workflows, provide judgment on new requests, and correct drift when it appears.

You execute. We keep decisions honest.

Ongoing Support: $1,000 per month, three month minimum
