We examine how the business operates, including revenue flow, customer movement, workflows, decisions, handoffs, time use, and failure points. If the fundamentals are broken or unclear, the work stops there.

You leave with a written diagnostic that names what is happening, where work slows down, and what should happen next. The output is a short priority list, clear ownership, and a recommendation on how to proceed.

30-Day Sprint

Available only after a completed Business Check.

Available only after a completed Business Check and mutual agreement that structured advisory support is warranted. Its purpose is to keep work moving, honest, and accountable.

Over 30 days, we provide cadence, review progress, pressure test decisions, and help maintain sequencing as fundamentals are addressed. This is advisory work only. No implementation or system configuration.

Ongoing Support

For continued decision support after a Business Check or Sprint.

For owners and teams who have completed a Business Check or Sprint and want to prevent regression as the business evolves.

We review active workflows, evaluate new requests, and help correct drift when it appears. The focus is not pushing progress. It is reducing second guessing, tool churn, and decision fatigue. You execute. We keep decisions honest.
